• We are delighted to invite you to the conference dinner at Pivovarský dům Poupě, a modern craft brewery and restaurant located in the historic centre of Brno, continuing the centuries-old brewing tradition of the city.
• The brewery is named after František Ondřej Poupě, one of the most renowned Czech brewers, who brewed beer on this very site between 1798 and 1805. The venue follows the legacy of the original Municipal Brewery, where beer was produced for nearly 300 years until 1862, and revived its modern brewing tradition with its first contemporary batch in 2022.
