The hotel is located right in the historic city center, just a few steps from landmarks like Špilberk Castle and Freedom Square.

From Brno Main Railway Station

Walking

The easiest option is to walk. The hotel is approximately 900 metres away, and the walk takes about 10–12 minutes.

Exit the station toward the main square (Masarykova street). Continue along Masarykova Street toward náměstí Svobody (Liberty Square), then walk through the city center toward Husova Street.

By tram

Take a tram from Brno hlavní nádraží to Náměstí Svobody (approximately 3 minutes). From there, it is a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

By taxi

The journey takes approximately 2–5 minutes.

From Brno Bus Station (Zvonařka)

By taxi

The easiest option is to take a taxi. The journey takes approximately 5–10 minutes.

By tram

Walk about 5 minutes from the bus station to the nearest tram stop. Take a tram toward the city center (for example, to Česká or Šilingrovo náměstí, depending on the next available service).

Get off at one of the following stops:

  • Šilingrovo náměstí – approximately a 3-minute walk to the hotel
  • Česká – approximately a 5-minute walk to the hotel

The total journey usually takes 15–20 minutes.

Walking

The walk from Brno Bus Station (Zvonařka) takes approximately 25–30 minutes and covers around 2 km. Walk toward Brno hlavní nádraží (Main Railway Station), then continue through the city center to Husova 16, where the hotel is located.

2 REGISTRATION

Registration desk: First floor

After entering the hotel through the main entrance from Husova Street, continue straight ahead, pass the hotel reception, and you will find the conference registration desk on your right.

Delegates who have not yet paid the registration fee in full will be asked to settle the outstanding balance. Please note that the registration desk only accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Cash payments are not accepted.
Please note that badges need to be always worn at the venue and related social events during the conference.

Presentation Upload

It is not possible to present from your laptop in the lecture room. All presentations must be uploaded in the Speakers’ Ready Room.

You must upload your presentation at the Speakers’ Ready Room at the venue no later than 2 hours before the start of your session. The presentation for an early morning session should be handed over the day before.

Please hand over your presentation to the IT personnel at the Speaker Ready Room on a USB flash drive. You will be able to verify that your presentation is running smoothly.

Certificate of Attendance

All registered delegates present on-site are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The certificate can be downloaded from the Online Registration Portal after the conference.

Lunches and Coffee Breaks

Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided to all registered delegates on the main conference days. They will be served in the Lunch Area, located on the ground floor.

Cloakroom

Please note that a cloakroom will not be available at the venue. A clothes rack will be provided in the lecture room for delegates’ convenience; however, please be advised that this area will not be supervised.
